The Baileys Hotel, London are looking for a Wok Chef for our Bugis Singapore Restaurantwhich draws inspiration from the melting pot of Southeast Asian cuisines. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef who has excellent understanding about Asian cuisine and able to demonstrate excellent wok skills. Experience of Singaporean/Chinese cuisine is highly preferred.
As a Wok chef you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section/s of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish is executed with precision and flair. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.Possess working knowledge of Health & Safety, Fire, COSHH and ensure these standards are maintained throughout the kitchen.
