Responsibilities of the New Product Development Manager
Build a team of food technology experts
Participate in product development work at the Recipe Studio
Transfer recipes from the R&D kitchen to production facilities
Collaborate with machinery and food technology suppliers, including conducting trials
Define and optimise overall factory processes
Manage quality assurance and all related processes
Identify gaps and propose solutions
Requirements of the New Product Development Manager
Bachelors or masters degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field is desired
Proven experience as a Food Technologist, preferably in the frozen food industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Expertise in recipe adaptation and optimisation for large-scale production
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
