The company is currently working on a landmark £35 million shell & core commercial office development in the city of London, and they are currently looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of mechanical packages for this prestigious project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, procurement, and delivery of mechanical works in alignment with project requirements.
  • Oversee shell & core mechanical packages, ensuring top-quality execution and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to meet deadlines and project milestones.
  • Act as the primary contact for mechanical-related queries and updates with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, supporting their career development.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Industry Background: Proven experience working with a tier-one building services contractor in London.
