Role: Mechanical Site Supervisor
This will involve managing the enabling works package for a Museum project in Central London. Reporting directly to the Site and Project Managers, the position requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key responsibilities:
Include overseeing subcontractors for ductwork and pipework installations, flue installations, AC plant relocation, BMS installation, and water treatment and commissioning. You will ensure site setup complies with guidelines, conduct safety inductions, manage site logistics and materials, and maintain detailed site records using Procore.
The role also involves reviewing RAMS, managing PPE compliance, addressing project variations, and ensuring all works align with permits and safety standards. You will conduct quality control checks, oversee snagging, and ensure findings are documented. Regular collaboration with engineers, subcontractors, and compliance teams is essential, as well as reporting progress and challenges to the Site Manager or Project Manager.

Package:
The position offers 280/day (CIS) for approximately one year, with standard working hours of 07:30 AM to 4:30 PM and occasional out-of-hours work.
