Role: Site Agent
Location: London
Pay: 400- 450/day
We are currently searching fora proficient and seasoned Site Agent to become an integral part of a major water civil project alongside a top-tier contractor in the North London area.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record as a Site Agent in the realm of water or relevant civil engineering projects (managing various aspects such as earthworks, structures, and groundworks).
- Effective leadership abilities, capable of efficiently overseeing site operations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management techniques and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols.
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- HND/ HNC in Civil Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
