Are you an experiencedStorepersonorMaterials Controllerlooking for a new opportunity? Join us on our Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment project in the Social Housing sector, based in South-West London. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to our other site compounds across London to cover for our existing Materials Controllers.

Main Objectives of the Construction Materials Controller role:

  • Receive and unpack material deliveries
  • Check deliveries for discrepancies and damages, reporting them through our software
  • Load/offload materials for transport
  • Transport materials manually or using pallet trucks
  • Dispose of waste materials safely, following HSE regulations
  • Manage stock and conduct monthly inventories
  • Maintain accurate records of materials issued
  • Collaborate with the site team to deliver services in line with contract requirements and company policies
