The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to our other site compounds across London to cover for our existing Materials Controllers.

Main Objectives of the Construction Materials Controller role:

• Receive and unpack material deliveries
• Check deliveries for discrepancies and damages, reporting them through our software
• Load/offload materials for transport
• Transport materials manually or using pallet trucks
• Dispose of waste materials safely, following HSE regulations
• Manage stock and conduct monthly inventories
• Maintain accurate records of materials issued
• Collaborate with the site team to deliver services in line with contract requirements and company policies
