A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Night Manager to join our highly successful and award-winning team. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your role as Night Manager is a key player in our hotel's success. During the night time hours, you will take the helm, ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel with unwavering commitment to exceptional service, security, and cleanliness.

You'll be the ultimate night time leader, effortlessly blending operational expertise with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As the go-to person when it matters most, you'll lead by example, ensuring every detail is perfected, every challenge is met with confidence, and every guest feels the magic of our hospitality.

Ideally, you will have at least two year's previous proven supervisory or management experience in a front office or reception role and a minimum of 2 years within the hospitality or travel industry.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Delivering exceptional guest satisfaction by professionally assisting with all queries, demonstrating full knowledge of hotel services, and acting as a one-stop resource for guests during the night.
  • Ensuring a warm welcome and seamless arrival experience for late-night guests by consistently executing concierge and reception standards.
  • Maintaining high guest satisfaction with food and service quality by overseeing consistent and effective room service operations during the night.
  • Overseeing hotel cleanliness standards to create a positive first impression, including performing housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Completing night audit and end-of-day procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond promptly and warmly to guest queries, prioritizing their experience while balancing business needs.
  • Leading the team during emergencies, ensuring guest and team safety through calm, effective conflict resolution and security management.
