Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a leading real estate consultancy firm to hire a NetSuite Business Systems Manager. This established company specialises in delivering top-tier real estate advisory services, providing clients with insights and strategic solutions to optimise their portfolios. The company has been expanding rapidly, and this role will be crucial in ensuring the effective management and optimisation of its NetSuite ERP system to support continued growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert (SME) for the company's NetSuite ERP system, managing system architecture, configurations, and integrations.
  • Oversee the performance, enhancements, and upgrades of NetSuite ERP to ensure the system meets the evolving business needs of the real estate consultancy.
  • Manage all system-related updates, configuration changes, and workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and other business units to identify process inefficiencies, and implement tailored NetSuite solutions to drive process automation and scalability.
  • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring all NetSuite-related projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead workshops and provide training to end-users across departments.
  • Provide hands-on support for system users, resolving operational issues and managing the helpdesk function for escalated technical issues within NetSuite.

Role Requirements

  • Experience managing, configuring, and optimising NetSuite ERP systems, particularly in the context of financial operations, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Previous experience in a real estate consultancy or related industry is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in NetSuite's suite of tools, including SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and Suite Analytics.
  • Experience in integrating third-party applications with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation skills to provide actionable insights to key business leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and user training.
