Currently recruiting for a global leading blue-chip client who are looking to hire an IT Technology Manager / Team Leader to support all existing/new client infrastructure installations and assist with projects/support on the customer site.
Role will be based in central London but requires a large field-based element covering the south and south east of England, so essential that comfortable travelling and have your own transport.
This role would suit an all-round IT Manager / Team Leader who has been involved in areas such as windows server, backup, networking, security standards etc. This position will also involve day to day ICT operational assistance for planned activities, operational reporting, assistance with reviewing and updating operational compliance documentation, audits, and the provision of hardware.
Must also be comfortable being relatively hands on across technology along with supporting the director with managerial / strategic responsibilities.
Any experience within a datacentre environment or motivation to work in that space or experience working in a field based / consultancy role, would also be highly desirable.
Tech stack includes Server 2012/2016, Windows 10, Access Control and CCTV systems, networking, backup technologies, building and power management systems, remote working solutions, desktop software solutions and security.

Responsibilities / Skills
Good knowledge/understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, networking, firewalls, PCs, hardware components and their functions.
Support with new or existing technology sales, technology project surveys, estimations, quotations and project/support delivery.
Manage multiple projects concurrently
Support the with the completion of any technology compliance/project/support documentation in relation to pre/post project/support/implementation/delivery
Good knowledge and understanding of the configuration of technology networks from both a
cabling & hardware level as well as configuration to at least CCNA or equivalent level.
Experience of Windows Server and Windows 10 & 11 Operating systems.
Understanding/general overview of various compliance/security standards such as ISO27001
Attend and actively participate in service, incident and project meetings as and when required to do so.
