Our client, a successful Technology Solutions business based in central London, are looking for an IT Manager to lead their growing IT Services Team.

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 4, as well as helping with the future growth of the IT Services Team.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient and secure IT systems and networks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental targets.
  • Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve business processes and enhance overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective IT support and solutions.
  • Stay current with technology trends and developments to ensure the organisation remains competitive in the market.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of IT Management within a Managed Print Provider essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, budgeting, and team leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in IT security protocols and data protection regulations.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are desirable.
  • Knowledge of industry best practises and compliance standards.

If successful you can expect a salary of £50,000 to £57,000, depending on the experience you can offer, along with holiday, pension, and ongoing career progression within the business.
