Technology Training Manager, Legal IT, iManage, 3E, Intapp, Part Remote, FTC

Technology Training Manager required to work for a Law Firm based in the City of London. However, this is a fairly hybrid role where you will work in the office 3 days one week and 2 days the next….with the other time being based from home (if you wish!).

This is a 6 month fixed term contract initially (FTC) but could develop into something more stable, like a permanent role.

You must be from a Law Firm / Legal IT background and must know technologies tied to law firms, such as: iManage, 3E (or other PMS platform experience), Intapp, DocuSign etc. If you have used these technologies outside of Legal, your application would still be welcomed. Read on for more details…

Experience required

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a legal or comparable professional services organisation.
  • Proven experience in technology training and user engagement, with demonstrable adoption as a result.
  • Relevant qualifications and accreditations e.g. TPMA.
  • Able to effectively translate and accurately communicate technology matters to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create concise, and informative training sessions, e-learning, videos, newsletters and articles.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to create innovative, engaging training materials.
  • A professional, adaptable, and engaging training style that resonates with a wide range of users.
  • Strong understanding of systems and processes, with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
  • Beneficial but not essential is knowledge and experience of training software such as iManage Work, Intapp Time, 3e, Skore, DocuSign, BIMCO Smartcom, Adobe Acrobat DC, Kiteworks, DocXtools, Chrome River, Mersive Solstice.
  • Knowledge of AI, e.g. Copilot for M365.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
