Our client, a leading workforce transformation consultancy specializing in technology sectors within Financial Markets, Banking, Fintech, and Private Sector projects, is urgently seeking a brilliant Associate Director Delivery to join their dynamic team. Due to an overwhelming number of vacancies from the some of the biggest banks across the globe, they need top-tier recruitment professionals immediately!
Who You Are:

A proven senior recruiter with consistent billings for the past three years in a Delivery recruitment role.

A results-driven recruiter with a passion for success and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

You don’t need banking recruitment experience—your recruitment skills and tenacity matter most! (if you do have experience within Finance you'll most likely be fast-tracked)

A proactive and motivated individual who thrives on placing top talent and delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Working with some of the biggest banks across the globe, predominantly within the contract space.

Also handling perm deals averaging £20-30k each, alongside high-volume contract placements.
