Our client, an UHNWI, is seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to join their growing team as Chief of Staff.

Location: UK or Monaco (UK preferred) with the ability to work remotely and travel as needed.

Overview: We are seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to support the Principal in managing multiple ventures and personal operations across Monaco, the UK, and beyond. This is a pivotal role that requires a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in technology, capable of leveraging the latest tools to streamline processes, coordinating diverse teams, driving strategic initiatives, and optimising day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Alignment:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Principal, ensuring alignment between personal, business, and investment priorities.
  • Facilitate strategic planning and oversee the implementation of initiatives across various projects and business ventures.

Operational Oversight:

  • Coordinate and streamline operations across Monaco, UK, and other locations, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Manage high-level priorities and ensure timely execution of critical projects.
  • Oversee reporting lines for personal assistants and other key staff, ensuring efficient delegation and accountability.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Foster clear, effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Prepare summaries, briefings, and updates for the Principal to facilitate informed decision-making.

Project and Task Management:

  • Oversee complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor progress on initiatives, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Drive efficiency through the implementation of best practices and innovative tools.

Team Leadership:

  • Support the Principal in managing and developing the team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Travel and Logistics:

  • Oversee coordination of travel plans, schedules, and logistics for the Principal and family.
  • Oversee arrangements related to multiple residences, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:

  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive personal and business matters.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational or strategic role, such as Chief of Staff, Operations, Private Office Manager, or similar.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong financial literacy and understanding of budgets, forecasts, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with family offices, luxury property management, or entrepreneurial ventures is highly desirable.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in leveraging the latest tools and technologies to improve operations.
  • Experience in using AI to enhance business processes or personal productivity is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and anticipate the Principal’s needs.
