Our leading Property client is recruiting for a new Executive Director to join the business following expansion and incorporating a larger structure. Reporting directly to the CEO and working in collaboration with other group operating company Executives whilst overseeing a small team of Directors, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, innovation and value for stakeholders with the long term vision of being the number 1 in the UK market.

Duties include:
- Leading a high performance team
- Developing business strategy
- Developing key business plans
- Cascade and drive strategy within the business
- Oversee company productivity, trends, forecasting and financial
- Collaborate with peers and CEO to develop vision
- Delegate, supervise and monitor key business objectives
- Analyse and minimise business or operational risk
- Act as focal point/speaker for given business line within the wider group
- Developing your team promoting engagement and structure
Experience required:
- Proven Senior Director level experience
- Experience within a Property or Similar industry (B2C)
- Ability to understand markets and guide the business accordingly
- High levels of integrity and adaptability
- Ability to motivate others and drive a business vision
- Proven leadership skills within a customer focused organisation
