We are seeking an Executive Enquiries Lead to support our Complaint Department in delivering exceptional service to residents who reach out to our CEO and Executive team with queries and complaints. This role involves logging, coordinating, and sometimes responding to all enquiries, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused, efficient, and timely service.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Monitor and manage all inboxes relating to CEO and Executive enquiries.
  • Log new enquiries and coordinate responses.
  • Craft well-written, clear, and accurate responses to enquiries when needed.
  • Maintain the central contact system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and reduce customer effort.
  • Manage internal relationships to ensure high levels of engagement and collaborative working.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in handling executive-level enquiries and complaints at CEO level
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and accurate responses.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple inboxes and log enquiries efficiently.
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
