A venture capital fund based in the West End in London are seeking a Junior Chief of Staff to join their small but growing team. You will work really closely with the COO and this role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about scaling a new project. This is offering up to £65k for the perfect candidate with huge growth opportunities. They are offering hybrid working but some weeks you will be needed in 5 days a weeksWHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Organise and manage high-profile events
  • Reporting and fund administration
  • Support the team with diary and travel
  • Manage relationships with external administrators and accountants
  • Support investment processes and transactions
  • Build and maintain strong investor relationships
  • Manage internal platforms
  • Look after strategic projects
WHO YOU AREYou’re a driven and hungry candidate ready to make a positive impact. You work well in both independent and collaborative environments and have the skills to handle information with discretion.Requirements
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a top-tier professional environment within an operational role
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a degree from a renowned university
  • Top communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail
