Having experienced rapid growth over the past four years, doubling their headcount and attracting prestigious clients, the company is now looking for a talented Managing Director to help take them to the next level.
This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in the built environment sector, with expertise in sustainability.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to shape and lead the company's expansion strategy and create and execute their long-term growth plans.
* Strong business acumen, with hands-on experience owning a P&L to drive financial performance and business success.
* A people-focused leader who can command respect while supporting, developing and inspiring a team.
* Well-connected, with a strong network and experience winning new business and growing client relationships.
* Innovative, solutions-focused, and able to drive process improvements across the business.
* Whether you're an established Managing Director or ready to step up into this role, you'll have the ambition and drive to make an impact.
