JOB TITLE: Associate Director

An agency who specialise in innovation, design and product, are looking for an Associate Director to join their quantitative team. They are a market leader in their field and boast some great clients. Based in the heart of London, this is a hybrid role. This role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team, where they can lead on some exciting projects, working alongside their qualitative counterparts.

KEY DUTIES

- Writing proposals and attending pitches and briefings

- Designing research programmes to suit the need of the client

- Overseeing projects to ensure their successful delivery and providineg regular updates to the clients.

- Conducting the analysis and pulling out the key findings to tell the story behind the numbers.

- Advising clients on key business decisions from the insights.

- Managing and overseeing team members.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Strong quantitative research experience, working on projects from end-to-end

- Demonstrable track record in preparing proposals, writing reports and delivering presentations

- Abiity to run projects smoothly and troubleshoot where needed

- Ability to see past the numbers to tell the story

- Strong communications and relationship building skills
