Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure effective executive support is provided to the director
- Complete relevant administrative tasks, including taking minutes at meetings, preparing briefing notes and monitoring financial transactions
- Assist the director with building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as the Mayor
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a similar role, preferably within a Local Authority
- Experience of working with senior directors/ senior members of staff
