- Act as a primary contact during cyber incidents and data breaches, guiding clients through crisis response, including regulatory notifications, media inquiries, and litigation preparedness.
- Work with clients holding cyber insurance policies to manage and fund breach responses, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient handling of claims.
- Handle regulatory investigations, privacy disputes, and large-scale data breach litigation, defending against high-stakes claims in a rapidly evolving sector.
- Provide strategic advice to clients across the insurance, technology, financial services, real estate, and public sectors, addressing complex cyber and data privacy challenges.
- Assist with the drafting and refinement of cyber policy wordings, risk assessments, and best-practice guides to strengthen client preparedness against emerging data privacy threats.
- 2-6 years of PQE in data privacy, cybersecurity, or relevant contentious roles.
- Familiarity with cyber insurance and its role in funding breach responses is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to handle complex data and cyber issues, coupled with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- A collaborative approach to client relationships, particularly within sectors like insurance, finance, and technology, which have unique privacy and cyber security needs.
