Data Protection Compliance Specialist

Fantastic opportunity to work as a Data Protection Compliance Specialist for a global organisation, offering a starting salary of £45,000 - £50,000 pa (including bonus) plus fantastic benefits

  • LOCATION

London based, hybrid role, 3 days a week in the office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Data Protection Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for managing data protection requirements within the organisation and implementing relevant procedures as necessary

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement procedures to support compliance and governance
  • Ensure necessary assessments and records are created and maintained
  • Develop relevant training material for internal stakeholders
  • Review and maintain data processing records
  • Investigate data breaches and implement corrective actions
  • Assist with ESG and Compliance tasks as and when necessary

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • GDPR qualification is essential
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in compliance and risk management
  • Previous experience of working with an ISO management system is preferred (9001, 27001, 14001, 45001)

SALARY

£45,000 - £50,000 pa (including bonus) plus fantastic benefits and development opportunities

START DATE

As soon as possible, ideally November/December 2004
