Description

The Data Protection Manager will report directly into the Company Secretary & DPO and be vital in the development, implementation & maintenance of the privacy framework.

You will be responsible for supporting on all areas of operational privacy including:

- responding to subject access requests

- drafting DPIAs

- supporting the management of data breaches

- liaising with the ICO

- working with the charity to understand how best to be compliant to GDPR

Profile

The successful candidate will have data protection experience from a not for profit or ideally a charity environment.

- exposure and understanding of GDPR

- operational experience responding to DSARs

- undertaking DPIAs

- some experience of training
