IT Ops & Security Team Lead

The office is based in Central London and offering a hybrid approach with travel to the office approx. 3 days a week.

The IT Operations Team Lead will need solid knowledge of Infrastructure, networking, Security, and MS 365.

The IT team is small, and you will oversee the daily operations and performance of the IT Support desk team, focussing on exceptional IT support for circa 200 employees.

The ideal IT Operations Team Lead will have good attention to detail and taking ownership of their work. Experience of Windows, Microsoft 365, Network, and security is required.

• Power platform (Power BI/Power Automate)
