As IT Security Operations Lead, you’ll oversee an outsourced XDR provider and set the standard for security excellence in the legal sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational management of a managed XDR service and develop a proactive SecOps strategy.
  • Refine SecOps playbooks using custom Threat Intelligence, sharing valuable insights across teams.
  • Shape service metrics to showcase the performance and progress of SecOps within the firm.
  • Develop an ongoing improvement program to ensure optimal security detection and response.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in SIEM/XDR/SOAR management and a background leading SecOps or SOC teams.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and presenting Threat Intelligence data.
  • Relevant certifications (CiiSP, cyber defender) preferred.
