3rd PARTY STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

CONTRACT UNTIL END OF THE YEAR (Very likely to be extended)

ARM is working with a leading major infrastructure organisation. We are currently recruiting for a 3rd Party Stakeholder Engagement Manager who will be responsible for a Portfolio of Undertakings and Assurances.

About You:

  • You will have demonstrable experience of working with 3rd Parties in regards to contracts, commercial agreements and queries.
  • Your background is likely to be a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager (QS qualified only)
  • You will have experience of dealing with conflict resolutions, stakeholder engagement and drafting contracts for 3rd Parties.
  • You will need to have your own transport, as some site visits to meet 3rd parties can be needed and they may not be close to public transport links

What you will be doing:

  • This role requires a blend of stakeholder management, project management, commercial/contract management, and legal/contract drafting skills. Most importantly, we need managers who can take ownership of delivery issues and risks and drive them to resolution in compliance with processes and procedures.
  • The role will include drafting commercial agreements in line with the processes and governance.
  • Negotiation will be a large part or the role, with contract changes to be discussed with third parties.

This position is based in London or Birmingham and Hybrid (2 days in the office (site) and 3 days from home.)

The rate for this role is £480 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS may be required.
