They offer a wide range of real-money casino games across app and web platforms, with a focus on responsible gambling. As they continue to scale, they are investing heavily in marketing and expanding into new regulated markets.

The RoleThis role is focused on acquisition marketing and brand growth through Above The Line (ATL) channels such as TV, radio, sponsorships, VOD, and podcasts. The successful candidate will take a data-driven approach to media planning, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to measure performance and optimise strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multi-million-pound marketing budgets across ATL and digital channels.

  • Planning and optimising TV advertising and other mass media campaigns to drive customer acquisition.

  • Working with media mix modeling (MMM) and understanding its value in shaping marketing strategies.

  • Conducting statistical analysis, including incrementality testing and competitor benchmarking.

  • Developing reporting frameworks and measurement strategies to assess campaign effectiveness.

  • Presenting post-campaign analysis and insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with external marketing agencies to refine media strategies and drive performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in acquisition marketing and ATL channels, including TV, radio, sponsorships, and VOD.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and performance channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate).

  • Understanding of MMM, complex media mixes, and large-scale marketing budgets.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Adalyser.

  • Ability to work with audience data, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Experience in international and regulated markets is beneficial.
