Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager

  • Developing strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify areas for growth within existing relationships.
  • You’ll be more of a FARMER.

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Business development account management experience / customer success management.
  • Demonstrated experience nurturing existing relationships and growing opportunities within those.
  • Worked within IT products/IT solutions (on prem, hardware, laptops, connectivity sales)
  • Have managed between 30-50 accounts with a user base of around 250 per account.
