Join a dynamic and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers IT support and VoIP solutions to SMEs and healthcare organisations. We help businesses streamline their technology to achieve greater efficiency, security, and operational success.Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead GenerationIdentify and generate new leads within the SME and healthcare sectors using your industry knowledge and network.Convert inbound enquiries into high-value contracts.Conduct engaging pre-sales demos showcasing IT and VoIP solutions tailored to business needs.Represent the company on social media to build brand recognition and engage with potential leads.Share industry insights, answer customer queries, and foster trust and credibility online.Work with the marketing team to create and share relevant content that resonates with SME and healthcare decision-makers.

Account Management & Customer Success:Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale.Oversee onboarding with support from the internal technical team.Provide client training to ensure they gain maximum value from IT and VoIP solutions.Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renewals.CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.Provide feedback to refine lead generation strategies and enhance customer engagement.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience & Skills:Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience in the IT services industry, ideally with exposure to SMEs or healthcare organisations.Skilled at building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.Confident in using social media to engage with clients and promote a professional brand.Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
