The company is seeking an Account Manager focused on delivery and relationship management, not sales, to oversee print and mail solutions for various customer projects.

The position is based in London, requiring five days in the office initially, transitioning to a hybrid model after the probation period.
Candidates should have proven experience in account management or customer-facing roles, preferably within the print and mail industry.
The salary for this role ranges from £30K to £35K, accompanied by a benefits package, and relevant experience is essential.

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager (delivery & relationship focused; non-sales) to deliver print & mail solutions across a broad range of customer projects (public & private sector)

Working closely with people is at the heart of this role, so you’ll be comfortable building relationships, acting as the “go to” person & generally being the trusted point of contact.

Due to the nature of the work (mail & print solutions), you will also have a keen eye for detail & will not be happy unless it’s perfect!

To sum up, you’ll need to have: strong communication skills, be a relationship builder & have a strong attention to detail.

Job title: Account Manager – Delivery (Non-sales). AKA: Client Delivery Manager, Client Relationship Manager, etc.

Location: London, east central. 5 days a week in the office, then hybrid after probation period (2 days a week from home / 3 office)

Salary: £30K - £35K Basic + Benefits package.

To be considered, you’ll need to have….
