We are seeking a determined and career-minded Account Executive (Field-Based) to join a prestigious, premium brand within the professional skincare and cosmetics industry. Position: Account Executive
Salary: Up to £40,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: FIELD BASED ROLE: (London & Surrounding Areas - Birmingham)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Start Date: Immediate, 2025 (dependent on notice period)

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: NVQ Level 2 or higher qualification (or equivalent) in Beauty
- A confident, professional, and enthusiastic presence with a passion for skincare.
- 2 + Years’ experience within a retail background (preferably within beauty/skincare/luxury)
- Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging, and sales techniques.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel as required (including occasional overnight stays).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Develop strong in-store relationships with management and peers.
- Have a thorough understanding of sales data, performance figures, and personal deliverables.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and the ability to recommend tailored skincare solutions.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management.
- Execute engaging in-store events to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the Field Sales Manager to implement strategic sales initiatives.
