We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to deliver print & mail solutions across a broad range of customer projects (public & private sector)
Working closely with people is at the heart of this role, so you’ll be comfortable building relationships, acting as the “go to” person & generally being the trusted point of contact.
Due to the nature of the work (mail & print solutions), you will also have a keen eye for detail & will not be happy unless it’s perfect!
To sum up, you’ll need to have: strong communication skills, be a relationship builder & have a strong attention to detail.
Job title: Account Manager – Delivery (Non-sales). AKA: Client Delivery Manager, Client Relationship Manager, etc.
Location: London, east central. 5 days a week in the office, then hybrid after probation period (2 days a week from home / 3 office)
Salary: ÂŁ30K - ÂŁ35K Basic + Benefits package.
To be considered, you’ll need to have….
- Proven experience in account management, customer success or any customer facing delivery role
- Print &/or mail industry experience.
- Strong organisational & attention to detail traits.
