Job Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager with extensive experience in the Business Process Management (BPM) sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of BPM, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Grow Client Accounts - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities - Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts by understanding client needs and aligning them with our IT outsourcing solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Track performance metrics and report on progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams - Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services, while staying aligned with customer expectations and timelines.
  • Proposal Development - Create compelling proposals, presentations, and RFPs tailored to client needs, ensuring clear communication of our value proposition.
  • Negotiation and Closing - Lead contract negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining the company's profitability and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the BPM sector, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the IT outsourcing or technology services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
