Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions: Manage the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every family.

  • Tours: Organize and lead tours for prospective families, representing the school with warmth and professionalism.
  • Digital & Social Media: Build the school's social media presence, ensuring regular, engaging content that highlights the unique community.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Provide key admissions data and reports to school leadership, and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree (preferred) or Level 7 in Maths and English (essential)
  • Strong IT skills and experience with CRM databases, ideally iSAMS
  • Experience in marketing and customer service, preferably in an educational setting
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • An understanding of the UK independent education system
