Base Salary £42,500 + Commission OTE £65,000 + Benefits

Hybrid - Central London

Our client is a fast-growing luxury travel company who specialise in worldwide bespoke travel itineraries.

They create unforgettable tours which are focused on personalised design, authentic experiences, and responsible travel.

Due to growth, they are now seeking a service led Sales Manager for the Africa Travel team.

This is a new role solely focused on sales performance management and reporting directly to the head of department and creating and nurturing a safe and inclusive environment developing the sales team's individual skills and enabling them to perform at their best.

Candidates are required to possess previous travel managerial experience working with a luxury product with a passion and interest in travel.

Our client has created an inclusive and diverse working environment and will provide training for the successful candidate as well implementing a structured career growth plan.

This is a hybrid role with the office based in London.

Africa Travel Sales Manager Duties:

Empower team members to do their best work through facilitation and coaching, allowing each individual to thrive in their own way

Analyse available data, sales metrics and team performance to maximize each enquiry and increase performance end-to-end.

Work with the Head of Region to increase overall conversion, speed to market and revenue.

Preparing, developing, and supporting team members through challenges, whilst identifying and resolving issues within and across teams when/before they occur

Facilitate sales training and call coaching to your team and wider business as needed.

Conduct weekly 1-2-1's and call coaching sessions with your team providing regular feedback and personal growth opportunities.

Africa Travel Sales Manager Experienced Required:

An experienced team leader or manager (essential)

Has extensive experience in a luxury sales environment

A passion for luxury travel

Exceptional communicator both written and verbal

Experienced in working to targets and monitoring performance through a CRM

An analytical head for numbers, booking trends and sales metrics

Dynamic and adaptable to change while not losing targeted focus

Self-aware and approaches each day with a growth mindset

Able to actively listen and demonstrate empathy and self-awareness

Africa Travel Sales manager Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary of £42,000 + Bonuses

Bonus potential of £15,000 - £20,000
