ANALYTICS MANAGER - LONDON

THE COMPANY
I am working with a renowned UK retailer on an Analytics Manager hire. You will identify key customer segments and their loyalty and analyse campaign effectiveness across diverse marketing channels.
THE ROLE
The successful Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources including our CRM, web analytics platforms, and transactional databases
- Perform advanced analytics to uncover customer behaviour insights, segmentation opportunities, and lifecycle analysis
- Partner closely with marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI targets
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital marketing efforts and customer engagement strategies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on customer and marketing analytics
- Expertise in SQL and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
