Are you passionate about driving customer insights and shaping loyalty strategies? Join a boutique Analytics team within a fast-paced retail environment as an Analytics Manager, where you'll lead initiatives to enhance CRM, loyalty propositions, and customer engagement.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Collaborate with the CRM & Loyalty team to drive loyalty programs, such as the refreshed customer-focused Club proposition and trade-focused initiatives.
- Lead and deliver analytics projects, including basket trade, category trade, and loyalty campaigns.
- Use SQL and Python to build datasets, perform analyses, and deliver actionable insights.
- Enhance customer understanding across multiple channels: email, push notifications, web, and coupon-based campaigns.
- Explore opportunities in retail media to help vendors target customers more effectively.
- Manage and mentor a small team, including an Analyst and a Contractor.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Strong experience in SQL for table creation, joins, common table expressions, and aggregations. Python experience is desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver analytics for marketing, CRM, and loyalty initiatives.
- Background in retail or marketing-focused customer data is ideal but not essential.
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels such as email, push, and web.
- Line management or mentoring experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
