POST- are seeking an experiencedArea Sales Directorto join anincredible market leaderin the North London area.

You'll be responsible for implementing and developing a strategic plan to develop key accounts and achieving targets with our client's customers in an important geographical patch that offers significant opportunity and influence across the business.

In order to achieve this you willcoach, develop and motivate a teamof high-performing Account Managers, providing them with everything they need to maximise their individual potential.

This is anincredibly important areafor our client and you will therefore have the opportunity to contribute to and influence the strategic direction of the business.

What we're looking for:

  • You will be an extremelycustomer-centric Leaderwith a passion for making the right decisions that will provide true value for your customers.
  • You'll bepassionate about peopleand will have demonstrable experience training, coaching, developing and motivating a team of Account Managers, providing the leadership required for your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Having a growth mindset is absolutely key
  • You will be able to demonstratesolid career progressionfrom entry-level to senior leadership with past roles including Account Management, Business Development, Product Development and Account Development.
  • Experiencemanaging a field-based Account Management Team, with a key focus on providing leadership that will turn around poor performers and help the team achieve their full potential.
  • Experience developing key accounts and new business with a focus on consistentrevenue growth.
  • You'll be able toinfluence, both internally and externally in order todrive resultsand achieve objectives.
  • Excellentanalyticalskills with a passion fordata
  • You'll enjoy presenting to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • You will be aconsistent high-achieverwith a track record of exceeding all targets.
