Join an Industry Leader! Our client, a global manufacturer in the premium eyewear sector, is seeking a passionate and experienced Area Sales Manager for the South & South East region of England. With an impressive portfolio including renowned brands, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding the company's reach across a huge and growing market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Representative with a background in frames to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with both existing and prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, sharing insights and strategies with your team.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility and representation in stores in coordination with the Marketing Department.
  • Analyse market potential and assess the value of current and prospective customers.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and conventions as needed.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly and efficiently.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities through store visits and relevant materials.
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager to set yearly targets and ensure these are effectively communicated and met.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales operations, accounting, logistics, and technical service.
  • Complete weekly reports for the National Sales Manager and manage administrative tasks effectively.

You will ideally have:-

  • Sales experience, preferably in eyewear or fashion; other industries are also considered.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Strong command of English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyse business effectively.
  • Empathy and a strong customer service mentality.
  • Highly organised and structured, with great networking skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
