The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Groundworks and possess a hunter mentality. Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve commercial objectives, maximising revenue from both existing and new products.
  • Conduct daily client meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers to meet budgeted sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring quick and mutually beneficial resolutions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a field-based role, or a background in Groundworks (hire desk/engineering) with an interest in transitioning into sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Groundworks and temporary works.
