We're seeking a driven Area Sales Manager with experience in the Electrical or Lighting industries to join a growing company offering great development opportunities. You'll be managing and expanding key accounts while pursuing new business across the South East and London, with flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in the lighting and electrical sectors
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert product support and advice to clients
  • Collaborate to improve customer service and sales results
  • Attend industry events to stay current with trends
  • Contribute to sales strategies and growth plans

What We're Looking For:Essential:

  • Proven sales success, preferably in electrical or lighting
  • Experience in account management with large clients
  • Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and visit the company head office
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Proficient in MS Word, email, and spreadsheets

Desirable:

  • Experience in specification sales and managing large projects
  • Knowledge of CMS/LED products is a plus
  • Network of contacts in relevant industries
