We are partnering with a leading boutique residential property firm who are looking to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager into their growing team.

The Assistant Marketing Manager will work within the Development & Marketing team and directly support the Chief Marketing Manager in running day-to-day operations of the marketing and estate management teams.

Client Details

The client are a prominent property development company based in London who have premium high end properties in their portfolio.

They are looking to hire a new Assistant Marketing Manager into the team who will play a crucial role in the development of the marketing strategy and delivery of key projects.

The role involves assisting in comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple channels to achieve sales and brand objectives.

This role will be based in their London office 5 days per week.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Marketing Manager:

Strategic Marketing and Planning:

  • Assist in preparing and managing detailed marketing plans, production schedules, and budgets for large-scale residential and mixed-use property developments.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies to inform marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement creative briefs, assessing proposals and making data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Campaign Management:

  • Support the design and execution of advertising campaigns, both media and digital.
  • Assist in formulating and dispatching email campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to generate impactful press releases and promotional materials.

Collateral Production and Management:

  • Assist and oversee the creation of brochures, hoardings, signage, models, and exhibition materials including editing, proof reading and supplying content to ensure material is current, valid and accurate.
  • Assist in the management of the design and production of CGI visuals, website content, and digital marketing assets.
  • Ensure marketing suites are well-equipped, including 3D design, graphic panels, and interior design for show apartments.

Digital Marketing and Analytics:

  • Support the creation and management of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEA, PPC, and social media channels.
  • Utilise analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with sales agents, media buyers, and PR companies to coordinate launch events and promotional activities.

Event Coordination:

  • Organise and manage domestic and overseas property launches and events.
  • Assist in leading viewings on-site, showcasing developments to key stakeholders and prospective buyers.

Operational Tasks:

  • Ensure marketing collateral is up-to-date, including weekly checks of models and marketing suites.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Compile market research reports and recommendations for internal review.
  • Oversee departmental admin such as arranging sign offs from department heads, verifying invoice and procurement system management.
  • Attend meetings and VC meetings and review minutes.
  • Weekly reporting of sales activity and apartment purchases to Hong Kong management team.
  • Ensuring internal sales database system is up to date with accurate information
  • Lead and assist viewings on site, present the development to key stakeholders and interested parties
  • Maintain new and current photography of developments.
  • Create and submit presentations and recommendation memos.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as set by the Chief Marketing Manager.

Profile

The successful candidate:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in marketing within the property development sector.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEA, PPC, and analytics tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Ideally candidates will have worked in the property sector or other similar professional services industries.
  • Membership in the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Experience working on high-end residential schemes or with international teams.
  • International project marketing with experience in marketing across the MENA markets.
