Assistant Online Trading Manager - Personal Care

London/Hybrid

up to £35,000

Salt has partnered with a fantastic personal care brand who are at the start of their DTC transformation journey. Currently operating in the UK, France and Germany, with expansions to grow further.

This role will see you work as the Assistant Online Trading Manager, reporting into the DTC Manager, sitting within the wider Ecommerce Team. You will help with managing all aspects of the online store from merchandising to promotions to sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the eCommerce Ecosystem (Shopify), with a strong analytical mindset. They will ideally have experience in either, Beauty, Luxury or Personal Care.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee eCommerce Strategy development, support the DTC manager in executing the Trading Strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Oversee site optimisation through effective Merchandising.
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance.
  • Collaborate with wider teams, supply chain, marketing etc..
  • Help to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Candidate

  • Ecommerce experience, preferably Shopify
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical skillset
