The successful candidate should have a natural thirst for sales, a determination and hunger to sell properties and effortlessly network to build strong relationships with clients and buyers alike.

  • You must be a senior negotiator and have a natural ability to build strong relationships
  • Ambition, hard working and determined are few attributes required along with a sparkling attitude
  • You must exercise a good team spirit within an office environment
  • You should be driven, motivated and excited by property and meeting people
  • Experience in valuing and listing properties in Kensington and Chelsea or similar area is advantageous
  • You should be forward thinking and highlight ability and willingness to work with the senior team

About the role

  • Register and maintain regular contact with applicants, building lasting relationships within the local area
  • Ensure a methodical daily task structure is implemented to maximise productivity
  • Support and work closely with Sales Manager, strategise and plan
  • Maximise opportunities to increase revenue

  • OTE £60k-£70k with guaranteed
  • Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm. Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm.
  • Saturday Rota - 1 in 4 - ½ lieu day given for Saturday
