We're thrilled to be working with this fantastic global training business to help them recruit a Content Marketing Manager for a one year maternity contract.

The company works with an enviable client list of household name brands and large corporations, designing and delivering training programmes. Based in a lively, international office in central London (3 days per week minimum with the opportunity to work remotely for two days per week) this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced b2b content marketing manager to join an multi-national, entrepreneurial, fast-paced working environment.

You will be part of the wider marketing team and your role will focus on managing the company's editorial and content execution ensuring the delivery of impactful b2b marketing campaigns.

The role will entail:

  • Editorial content creation: Write and oversee the production of high-quality content, including insights articles, research reports, case studies, webinars, email campaigns and cadences, email nurture copy and more, to support lead generation and brand building. Use knowledge of SEO to ensure content can be found via search engines.
  • Editorial strategy: Align with the overarching editorial strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business goals.
  • Project management: Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
  • Campaign support: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align content with campaigns and social media initiatives, including supporting on copy for marketing channels such as email.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external agencies to gather insights and ensure accuracy in all content.

You will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing or a similar role, in a b2b environment.
  • Proven expertise in creating and managing editorial and content pipelines.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to deliver tone and style for a target audience. Able to write long-form articles and complex reports as well as shorter pieces
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and have experience optimizing content for SEO, as well as analysing performance metrics and improving copy accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: £48,000-£55,000 plus benefits
