Are you a dynamic B2C marketing professional ready to drive impactful growth? Our client is seeking a talented B2C Marketing Manager to lead innovative marketing programmes aimed at engaging existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Consolidate and expand the uptake of their services in the UK and international markets.
  • Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Creative Campaigns: Design and execute personalised marketing campaigns targeting key personas to boost enrolments.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilise marketing automation and analytics tools like HubSpot to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise performance and increase value for money.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present insightful reports to the Senior Leadership Team, highlighting progress and challenges.
  • Collaborative Launches: Work closely with directors and teams to successfully launch new qualifications both locally and globally.
  • Relationship Building: Forge partnerships with key third parties, to enhance the organisation's market position.
  • Budget Management: Contribute to budget processes and ensure effective expenditure monitoring.

  • A proven track record in B2C marketing, ideally in a commercial setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2C marketing strategies and channels.
  • Strong experience with email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
