BD & Marketing Manager - Employment and Immigration(12-Month FTC)We're working with a well-renowned law firm based in London, who are currently looking for a BD and Marketing Manager to come and and join their highly regarded Employment & Immigration team, on a 12-month contract basis.As a prestigious law firm who are currently undergoing a very exciting period of growth, you'll be in a fantastic position to develop your career further, and really show your skillset. With new offices and an exciting business plan, there is plenty of scope for interesting work and development opportunitiesIf you're looking to take that next step in your career and move into a managerial role, and see your work directly add to business growth, this is the opportunity for you. You will work directly with Partners on core BD and marketing activities, covering a range of work for our dynamic practice areas and sectors.The RoleYou will work closely with your assigned practices, nominated partners, cross-firm groups and the wider BD & Marketing team to execute plans, identify opportunities and overall build strategy; providing a high quality, proactive full range of business development and marketing support across Recognition, Reputation, Relationships and Revenue.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Organising costed plans for service offerings across practice
  • Overseeing budgets and spend, regularly reporting
  • Reporting on activity and ROI for initiatives and trends
  • Identifying opportunities and insights from practices, competitors, and market
  • Attending fee earner and partner meetings regularly
  • Planning and coordinating award and directory entries, organising submissions
  • Updating website pages, scheduling cleanses, reviewing analytics
  • Managing social media and article/blog calendars, ensuring timely uploads
  • Producing digital media, planning production, assisting with scripts
  • Liaising with Communications team to plan and measure PR/media activity
