We are delighted to be working with this leading law firm, who are well established and highly successful, and are undergoing a significant period of growth and exciting change. This firm has a brilliant reputation and are well known for their appetite to embrace innovation. They have a culture that is down to earth and friendly and have created an environment that is collaborative and supportive.

Due to their continued upward trajectory, they are now looking for a talented BD Manager to join their existing team, aligned to the Corporate practice group, along with one of the  key sector groups. The Marketing and Business Development team play an integral part in the firms’ evolution and the successful candidate will be working with highly engaged stakeholders, in a role that will provide lots of opportunity for autonomy, proactivity and creativity.

The remit of this Business Development role will include:

  • Leading on client development and opportunity spotting initiatives
  • Supporting on bids and tender projects
  • Marketing campaign management
  • Event coordination
  • Development of engaging thought leadership content
  • Working with the firms PR & Communications team to develop internal and external communications
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members
  • Supporting on BD projects

The successful candidate will have solid BD and marketing experience gained in a law firm or wider professional services environment, high levels of commercial acumen and excellent communication and relationship building skills.
