About the Role:

Are you an ambitious go-getter? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our high-energy Executive search sales team. You will take charge of the entire sales cycle, from generating your own leads and closing new business clients right through to managing and growing your own account base. This is a unique opportunity you to work for a business who can provide enviable progression opportunities and training as well as giving you the opportunity to, working with diverse clients in a variety of B2B sectors.

What You'll Do:

  • Selling top tier and innovative Executive hiring solutions to support your client reaching their revenue growth goals.
  • Collaborate across our key divisions including training, emerging talent and apprenticeships for comprehensive client first solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build revenue streams

What We Look For:

  • Proactive and energetic mindset.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and someone who enjoys healthy competition
  • Strong B2B sales experience
  • A strong track record of lead generation and booking your own new business meetings, including but not limited to cold calling, LinkedIn messaging/Voicenotes/Videos and emails
  • Confident in questioning to identify client challenges and strong closing skills.
