We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage the Chiswick location and be responsible for implementing and developing the strategy, through actively sourcing new prospects, introducing them to the relevant Adviser team, and supporting the transition from Prospect to Client. Key AccountabilitiesNew Business and Business DevelopmentCreate networks in the local community to generate new prospect leadsHost events at Chiswick, to attract new prospects to our servicesWork with local businesses, publications, and digital avenues to increase our brand awareness within the communityRelationship SupportBuild relationships with Advisers for the benefit of the onboarding process Support the Adviser teams and be an ongoing point of contact to ensure a smooth transition from Prospect to ClientArrange catch-ups with prospects and invite them to relevant eventsArrange formal meetings between prospects and Advisers as requiredContinue the Development of the ConceptWork in conjunction with the Innovation team to formulate, test, refine and document a new client engagement process/experience that incorporates the physical House offeringBrand AwarenessPromote the wealth Manager as the place to come for Saving, Planning and Investing, in the local communityChampion the brand valuesConvey in-depth knowledge of full range of services to prospects, attending to every aspect of their financial wellbeingProvide feedback and reports related to sales, marketing and conversion rates Professional DevelopmentKeep up to date with the financial strategy of the FirmAttend CPD and be proactive in professional qualifications/trainingKeep up to date with industry trends and develop 'working' knowledge of services Line ManagementDay to day line management of the House and Community Coordinator Key CompetenciesGetting Things Done: Delivers on agreed objectives promptly; prioritises workload; remains professional under pressure;Communication & Sharing Knowledge: Confident, clear and accurate with all communication; maintains accurate records and makes effective use of new technology;Customer Service: Positive attitude to find solutions in line with FCA principles; Uses customer feedback to improve service;Effectiveness & Adaptability: Able to maintain a high volume of work, striving for continual improvements; understands individual contribution in relation to corporate objectives; presents a positive image and approach to change; andTeam Working: Shares knowledge, skills and experience with colleagues; understands team goals; is cooperative and supportive of others.Candidate Profile
