Brand and Marketing Manager

Our client are specialists in creating bespoke lighting, shading, and technology solutions for some of the world's most prestigious private residences, yachts, and luxury spaces. Their work, though often confidential, is consistently cutting-edge and crafted in collaboration with top-tier Interior Designers, Architects, and Construction professionals.

They operate a dynamic showroom that offers clients an immersive experience, showcasing the latest and most innovative technologies they offer.

When confidentiality permits, they have plenty of exciting stories to share.

To help with this task, we're looking for someone who can help the business tell these stories through exciting Marketing and Brand development, so if you are passionate about creativity, branding, and communication, we want you on our team.

About the Role:

As Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the content strategy while ensuring the brand is consistently represented across digital, print, and social platforms. You will develop creative ideas and gain a deep understanding of the business' unique services, helping to define and communicate the brand.

Working closely with the sales and leadership teams, you will be based primarily in the London showroom but also attend meetings at other local offices. Your role will also involve supporting company events and leading the marketing and graphics team's projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee high-quality content including articles, social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience and design professionals.
  • Creative Brand Visuals: Design or oversee visually striking marketing collateral such as brochures, infographics, and videos that highlight the brand's core values.
  • Brand Strategy: Work alongside the Sales Director and leadership to define, enhance, and maintain brand identity.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Actively engage with teams across locations to gather insights and create a collaborative approach to marketing.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure the impact of marketing campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to organize and execute company events, ensuring a cohesive brand experience throughout.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in marketing, brand management, or content creation, with a strong portfolio of written and visual work.
  • Experience in luxury construction or a similar industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Creative flair and an eye for design; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to communication.
